Grandma Fulcher's Bundt Cake Recipe

1 Yellow Cake Mix
4 eggs
1 cup of Smetana or sour cream
1 package of Instant Vanilla Pudding
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup of HOT water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Cake Mix, eggs, Smetana or sour cream, instant pudding and oil for 4 minutes. Add water.
Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Allow cake to cool for at least 15 minutes then place cake plate on top of bundt pan and using pot holders, turn the cake over and allow the cake to release on the plate.

Variations:
Add lemon pudding for Lemon variety.
or
Use chocolate cake mix and instant chocolate pudding for Chocolate variety.
or
Mix 1 TBSP cinnamon to 1 cup sugar. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture onto bottom of bundt pan. Pour 1/2 the cake mix over the cinnamon/sugar mixture into bundt pan. Pour a layer of the cinnamon/sugar mixture on the top of the cake mixture in bundt pan. Pour the rest of the cake mix into the bundt pan over the cinnamon/sugar layer. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture on the top of the bundt cake mix. Then bake as noted.

Grandma Fulcher never had an event without her famous bundt cake and they were delicious. Smetana was a high fat sour cream sold in the midwest in the early 60's originating from Europe.
