Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c elbow macaroni ¼ c dry milk (I don’t always add this)
2 T butter 2 eggs
2 T flour 1 c grated cheese
2 c warm milk ½ c wheat germ (if desired)
2 qt. water Sausage and sausage links

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in boiling water and salt. Boil about 7-10 min. until tender (not soft). Drain.
Melt butter in saucepan. Add milk. Mix flour with water to thicken and smooth then add to milk/butter mixture in saucepan. Stir over low heat until mixture is smooth and begins to thicken. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Whip eggs into cooled white sauce. Add dry milk (if desired). Mix grated cheese into white sauce (reserving some to cover the top of the noodles completely when cooking) and pour into noodles. Mix around to coat all noodles. Add crumbled sausage into noodles. Pour noodles into greased pan. Top with grated cheese, wheat germ and sausage links on top. Bake 375 degrees until cheese melts and begins to brown. Serves 4 to 6.
