1 c sugar
¼ c butter
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 T white vinegar
½ t ground cinnamon
½ t ground nutmeg
1 c golden raisins
1 c chopped pecans, toasted
3 (2.1 oz) pkg frozen phyllo9 tart shells

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in raisins and toasted pecans. Spoon filling evenly into frozen tart shells. Place shells on a large baking sheet. Bake tarts at 325 for 20-25 minutes until golden. Cool. Garnish, if desired, with whipped cream and ground nutmeg.
