9 (14.5 ounce) cans of chicken broth
1(64 fluid ounces) bottle apple juice (I used cider) both work great
4 oranges, halved
7 stalks celery, cut up into large chunks
3 onions, cut into large chunks
6 sprigs fresh rosemary
6 sprigs fresh thyme
4 bay leaves
2 fresh sage leaves
1/2 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup poultry seasoning
2 tablespoons ground black pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken broth and apple juice in a food-safe container large enough to hold your turkey and the brine ingredients. Squeeze juice from orange halves and drop spend orange rinds into broth mixture; add celery, onions, rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, and sage leave to mixture. Stir salt, poultry seasoning, and black pepper into liquid to dissolve.
