4 cups crushed tortilla chips
1 lb Velveta Cheese (cubed)
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Can Tomatoes with Green Chilis
1 Can Pinto or Chili Beans
1 jar Taco Sauce
1 Bag of Success Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Ground beef and drain. Add Tomatoes w/Green Chilis, Taco Sauce & Beans to meat. Cook rice and stir into meat mixture.

Spray 8" x 11" pan with Pam. Spread crushed tortilla chips in bottom of pan. Put 1/2 of cubed cheese on top of chips. spread meat mixture on top of cheese. Top with remaining cubed cheese.

Cook for 15 minutes @ 350 degrees
