Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-3 Chicken breasts or 7-10 tenderloins
Salt and pepper

2 Eggs
Water

1 cup Cornstarch

4 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Distilled white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Rinse your chicken breasts in water and cut them into nugget-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
Prep the sauce by mixing the last five ingredients in a bowl. Set to the side.
Place skillet on stove with oil and get the oil warmed up.
Set up two bowls for dipping:
First, dip the chicken in the cornstarch.
Second, beat the eggs and add some water to create an egg wash.
Place the chicken in the skillet. Cook the chicken until browned, but not cooked through. Usually by the time I get them all dipped they are almost ready to come out of the pan. (Flip them over so they brown on both sides). Remove them from the pan and place on a baking sheet. Pour all of the sauce over them. Bake for 30 minutes (or more depending on how baked through they are from the skillet). Flip them every 15 minutes.
Great to serve over rice!
