1 pound ground turkey
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped parsley (I use a sprinkle of dried parsley)
1 clove garlic, finely diced (I use minced garlic)
1/4 cup shallot or onion, finely diced
1 Tbsp. tomato paste (I use a splash of Prego)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a sheet pan.

In a bowl mix all ingredients together. (Use your mixer.)
I use a cookie dough scoop to scoop them out and place on the sheet pan. You can also scoop and ball them by hand.
Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
