1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Beat all ingredients together.
Line 11x15 pan with wax paper put batter in pan and sprinkle 1/2 of nuts on top of batter and bake for 15 minutes.
Put cake on powdered sugar towel roll cake in towel and put in frig 1 hour
While cake is cooling make filling
8oz. softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoon softened butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 cup powdered sugar beat well
Take cake out of frig. and unroll
Spread filling on cake and sprinkle rest of nuts on filling.and roll up.
Put back in frig 30 minutes.then take out and slice
