1 c. Carnation evaporated milk
1 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cardamon
2 tsp yeast
3 eggs
7 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water together with butter, pour into mixing bowl. Add sugar and salt, stir until dissolved, cool. Add cold milk, stir, add eggs and cardamon. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c. lukewarm water. add in. Add flour, knead. Let rise till doubled.
Push down, let double. Shape the bread into a large braid, let rise. Paint with egg wash, bake
350 º for 45 minutes to 1 hour
