3/4 Cup Butter Flavored Crisco
1 Cup (2 sticks) Butter, (room temperature)
1 8 oz Pkg Cream Cheese
3 Cups Sugar
6 Eggs
3 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch Salt
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Maple Extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º
2. Beat Crisco, Butter and Cream Cheese together
3. Add sugar wile mixing
4. Add eggs one at a time while mixing
5. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
6. Add flour mixture slowly while mixint
7. Add flavorings
8. Mix well then pour into greased and floured tube pan
9. Bake for approximately 12 1/2 hours until done

To elevate the cake serve with a glaze, either orange or lemon. Mix powdered sugar with juice of choice until desired consistence is reached. Spoon over sliced cake when serving.
