24 oz. dry black beans(1.5 packages)
1/2 onion
1 bell pepper
2 adobo peppers with sauce
1 Tbs. garlic
1/2 Tbs. cumin
1 tsp. black pepper
7 C hot water
1-2 lime

*Mix ins
-Sour cream
-Cheese
-Chives
-Whatever

-Rinse beans
-Pour beans in crock pot
-Chop onion and place in crock pot
-Chop bell pepper, place in crockpot
-Mince Adobo pepper place in crockpot
-Add juice of the limes to crockpot
-Add dry ingredients
-Add Hot Water
-Cook on low for 6-8 hrs.

Take 1/4 to 1/2 of soup, place in blender or food processor
Once blended add back into the crockpot
Add your mix ins
