2 c flour
1-3/4 sharp cheese, grated
2/3 c butter
dash of red pepper
3 T cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour, stir in cheese and pepper sauce.
Sprinkle with water, work into a dough with fork.
Roll out on floured board. Cut into shapes or narrow strips.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or seasoned salt, dill weed or top with pecan before baking.
Or can brush with 1 beaten egg and top as above.
Bake 350 for 10 minutes.
