1cup shortening
1/2 cup white sugar
1-1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2teaspoon salt
1cup peanutbutter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-2/3 cups flour
2 teaspoon soda
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Mix together sugars, shortening and beat till creamy
Add peanutbutter and vanilla mix
Add eggs and continue to beat until combined
Add dry ingredients flour, soda, and salt
Mix well.
Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes
