1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
2/3 cup strong coffee
2 Tbls Amaretto
2 Tbls Frangelica
2 8oz mascarpone cheese--find it in deli cheese next to fresh Moz
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
3 pkgs ladyfingers-- I asked in the deli section and they had them frozen in the back
1 Tbls cocoa

For syrup
In a saucepan on the stove mix 1/2 cup sugar and water. Bring to a boil until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat add coffee, Amaretto, and Frangelica. Set aside

For filling
Stir together cheese and 1/3 cup sugar, and vanilla. Beat whipping cream until fort peaks form. Fold cream into cheese mixture.

To assemble
Arrange half of lady fingers in bottom of square baking dish. Brush or pour syrup mixture over ladyfingers--make it very wet. Spread half of filling over top. Repeat ladyfingers, syrup and filling.

Sprinkle the top with cocoa powder. Cover and put in refrigerator over night. Serve with raspberries

Kathy Collier gave me this recipe--so good !!!! Light and refreshing for summer time. I bought several of the lady fingers and kept them in my freezer and made this several times one summer--YUM !!!!
