3/4 cup sugar
4 large eggs
1 (14 oz) can eagle bran milk
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
2 Tbls flavored liqueur--Kahlua or amaretto or Frangelico
Cocoa and fresh berries for garnish

Preheat oven 350
In a medium sauce pan on the stove cook sugar until it starts to melt on med heat
Lower the heat until sugar turns slightly brown. Pour into round cake pan and let harden
Mix the rest of ingredients and pour over caramelized sugar.
Now get a cake pan and place the round pan inside. Pour some hot water into the cake pan--not into the round pan--until water goes about half way up the outside of round pan.
Bake 1 hour--it will still jiggle in the middle but is firm. Take out of water pan
Place on wire rack in refrigerator for 2 hours
Run a knife on outside edges put your serving plate on top and turn it upside down.
Top with sprinkled cocoa and berries

I made this with my chicken enchiladas, refried beans, and salad. It sounds kind of hard but it is easy and is a perfect Mexican dessert
