4 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (about 4 med cloves)
1 tsp dried rosemary leaves crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground sage
1 boneless pork loin roast 3 to 4 lbs
1/3 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp water

Spray inside of 3 1/2 to 4 qt slow cooker with cooking spray. In 10 in skillet, cook bacon over med heat 6 to 8 min, stirriing occasionally until crisp. Remove from skillet; place inslow cooker.

In small bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, salt and sage. Rub all sides of pork roast with garlic mixture. Add roast to skillet; cook 4 to 6 min, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides. Remove roast from skillet; cook 4 to 6 min, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.

Remove roast from skillet; place in slow cooker, pour wine over roast.

Cover; cook on low heat setting 6 to 8 hours.

In small bowl, mix flour and water until smooth. Remove roast from slow cooker. Strain juices from slow cooker into 4 cup microwavable measuring cup or medium microwaveable bowl. Stir flour mixture into juices until smooth. Microwave on high 3 min or until thickened. Cut roast into slices; servie with gravey.
