In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Blend in eggs and oil or butter. Add 5 c. Hot Roll Mix. Blend well. Add more Hot Roll Mix to make a soft, but not too sticky, dough. Knead for 5 minutes. Place dough in lightly buttered bowl. Cover with a damp towel and allow to rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour. Punch down. Divide in half. Let stand 10 minutes.

Grease baking sheets.

On a lightly floured surface, roll each half out into a 12 inch circle. Brush with melted butter. Cut each circle into 16 pie-shaped wedges. Roll up each wedge from the wide end. Place point side down in a crescent shape. on prepared baking sheets. Cover and let rise again until doubled in bulk.

Preheat oven to 400º. Bake 15-20 minutes. Makes 32 rolls.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My family likes to have bread with every meal; however, that doesn't always happen because of time, so when I make these crescent rolls, they disappear very quickly. They are light, fluffy, and have just a hint of buttery goodness.
