2/3 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Vinegar

This sauce is enough for approx. 2 lbs. of floured and browned meat, I like to use cubed boneless pork, put browned meat in roaster, pour sauce over it and bake approx.1 hour.
Serve with white or fried rice.
