5 lbs (20 cups) all purpose flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
1 c. instant nonfat dry milk

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and in a large airtight container. Label it as Hot Roll Mix and date it. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 6-8 months. It makes about 22 cups of Hot Roll Mix.

This has become my go-to when I want to make homemade bread. I no longer use bread flour or all-purpose. This "doctored up" concoction is AMAZING!!! Look for the recipes that are included that use this mix.
