1 pound ground lamb
1 bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1-2 cans tomato sauce
6-8 yellow squash
6-8 green zucchini
1-2 green, yellow or red bellpepper
1 large onion
1 cup rice
season salt and pepper
hot sauce of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
wash all vegetables. Slice the zucchini in half, cut tops off bell peppers and clean out insides of all the vegetables. In a bowl mix your meat, onions season salt, pepper, garlic and hot sauce to taste, and rice. Mix all together well. Stuff all your vegetables with the meat mixture. Place in a large pot pour tomato sauce over vegetables and add 2 cans of water. Cover and boil 25 minutes or until done. Watch so you have sauce and it doesn't boil away and burn.

You can use any vegetables you want.
