Directions:
Directions:
Brown the white rice with oil in the pan. Grind the 2 cloves of garlic and Comino. Add to the browned rice. Add Hunt's tomato sauce, salt, pepper, pieces of onion, and water that is like 2 inches higher than the rice. Add pieces of bell pepper. Cover with a top, boil until water disappears. If you need to add water, warm it up in a sauce pan first, then add to the rice. Uncover if you need to let the water disappear.
