"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Add yeast to ½ C lukewarm water with about ½ tsp sugar to help yeast rise. Set aside. Mix oil, egg, sugar, salt, and hot water. When yeast has risen, stir into the other mixture, and then start stirring in the flour. When all is mixed, add a little oil to a bowl to coat, then put dough in, then turn over. Cover with a tea towel and let rise about an hour until it is twice its size. Then make rolls out in cloverleafs and let rise again. Cook at 375 for about 10 minutes or so until brown. Butter the tops and serve! Enjoy and know that Grandmama is smiling down at you!
