For a 9’ pie;

1 cup Milnot
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1 cup sugar
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 TBS. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour in a 9’ piecrust. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or at 425° for 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle of the pie comes out clean. To prevent the crust edges from burning either cover with strips of foil or they make pie shields for the edges that you can buy and use.
