2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups of milk
4 cups of flour sifted together with
4 tsp. of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
4 tablespoons of melted butter.

Directions:
Directions:
This is for a 9x13, for a 8x8 pan cut recipe in half.

Mix everything together and then add 4 tablespoons of melted butter and mix together.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with Cinnamon & sugar mixture until batter is not very visible anymore.
Dot top with little chunks of butter. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Optional ingredients are 1 ½ cups of raisins or slice cored and peeled apples, thinly sliced and arranged on top and then bake as stated above.
