Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 Large eggs
3 - 3 1/2 cups flour, amount will vary depending upon the size of eggs. (adding a little at a time)
1-2 teaspoons salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot boil at least 8 quarts of salted water. (Water should be as salty as "the ocean").

Meanwhile, place eggs and salt in a food processor. Adding a 1/2 cup at a time, add flour. Continue adding flour until mixture thickens and pulls from the sides of the food processor and forms a ball. (Dough will be very thick.) With a "Spaetzle Maker" (available at Rulli Brothers in Youngstown or online), drop the dough into the boiling water. Allow to boil 5 to 7 minutes; the haluski will rise to the top.

If you do not have a Spaetzle Maker, you can still make your Haluski by dropping the dough 1/2 teaspoonful into the boiling water. Be sure to dip your spoon, partially, each time into the boiling water to release the dough. Another way is to use a colander (or anything that has holes in it), push batter through the holes into boiling water.

Personal Notes:
If you do not have a Spaetzle Maker, you might want to make 1/2 this recipe because this recipe makes a lot of Haluski.

Grandma Nedostup put these in her soup, especially her Latesko soup (recipe in cookbook)
