1 egg
1 cup sugar
½ cup melted butter
½ cup melted Lard
1 tablespoon molasses
¼ cup milk
1¾ cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins or nut meats cut fine or ½ cup of each
1½ cups flour
½ tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together last four ingredients. Beat egg, add other ingredients. Mix well. Arrange by Spoonfuls on buttered cooky (sic) sheet. Bake in a moderately slow oven (325°F). If a thicker cooky is desired, Increase rolled oats to 2 cups and flour to 1¾ cups. Makes 75.
