4 eggs
1 c sugar
1 c oil
1 16oz can pumpkin
2 c flour
2 t baking powder
2 t cinnamon
1 t salt
1 t baking soda

Cream Cheese Frosting
8 oz cream cheese - softened
1/2 c butter - softened
1 t vanilla
2 c powdered sugar

1) Cream all ingredients together until smooth.

1) Mix eggs, then sugar, oil and pumpkin
2) Mix dry ingredients
3) Mix wet and dry together
4)spread into large (10x15”) ungreased cookie sheet (jelly roll pan)
5)Bake at 350 for 25 minutes and cool completely in pan.
6) Frost with cream cheese frosting

Grandma Maxine made all her kids (even the in-law kids) their special dinner and cake for each kid's birthday. This was Momma K's favorite - and Christin revived the recipe for me in 2015... This is so good - and easy - make it anytime and I will be there!
