6 eggs
6 c. heavy whipping cream
8 c. milk
3 1/3 c. sugar
6 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually add sugar to eggs, beat until stiff. Add cream and milk and mix thoroughly. Pour in commercial ice cream freezer. Use lots of salt and it should freeze in about 25-45 minutes. Makes 6 quarts. You can cut the recipe in half if your freezer doesn't hold this much.
