1 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 - 2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar, boil over low heat two minutes, stirring constantly. Cool to lukewarm. Gradually add sugar. Beat until thick enough to spread. If icing becomes too stiff add a little warm water. Frost on cookies or your favorite cake.
