1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup hot water
2 teaspoons almond extract
6 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (toasted)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 250 degrees. In a large bowl, mix honey, water and almond extract. Add oats, using hands to mix oats and liquid until well combined. Tip out onto baking sheets to a depth of 1/2 inch. Bake 1 hour, turning once after 30 minutes. Store in airtight containers.
