1 lb can Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry sauce, crushed
1 Envelope unflavored gelatine
2 tbps cold water
2 tbps lemon Juice
1 cup gingerale
¾ cup unpeeled apple—diced
¾ cup diced celery
½ cup chopped nutmeats
Directions:
Directions:
Crush cranberry sauce with a fork. Soften gelatine in cold water and lemon juice, then melt over hot water. Stir into crushed cranberry Sauce. Cool. Add gingerale and mix well. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Fold in apple, celery and nuts. Turn into 6 individual molds and chill until form. Unmold and serve on lettuce leaves with mayonnaise. Serves 6.
