"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Bring all ingredients to room temperature before mixing them together. Mix all the ingredients together, adding more flour if necessary. The dough should be soft, but not sticky.

Personal Notes:
This is also known as "The Swahili Bun". This is a recipe from my friend, Andrea Vedell Agol's sister-in-law. She made them for us while I was visiting Andrea in Nairobi, Kenya. She served them with sweet, milky tea made with tea masala (a spice mixture - the original chai tea...) It's basically, a slightly sweet donut.
