2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
2 lg eggs
1 tsp baking soda
reserved pineapple juice
19 oz can crushed pineapple, reserve juice
1 cup pecans or walnuts chopped

Vanilla icing
8oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup butter
2 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
measure first 5 ingredients into a med bowl, beat together until smooth, add pecans or walnuts and pineapple, stir then pour into greased 9x13 pan
bake at 350 for 40 mins or until done
cool good then icing

Beat all 4 ingredients together in bowl until smooth n icing the cake
