2 Tilapia fillets
3 tblsp butter divided
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 c dry white wine
1/2 c each yellow and red cherry tomatoes halved
1/2 tblsp sea salt
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and pat the fish dry
Season with salt and pepper
Heat large skillet over medium hight heat.
Melt 1-2 tsp butter in pan
Add fish and cook 1-2 min per side until golden brown
Remove and keep warm
In same pan melt remaining butter and stir in garlic, cook 1 min.
Pour in wine and add salt.
Increase heat to high and cook 1-2 min or until sauce is reduced by half.
Add tomatoes and cook 1 min.
Plate tilapia and spoon sauce over top.
Garnish with basil
