2 large cans (or the equivalent) chicken stock
1 lb or more medium spice Italian sausage
1 yellow onion
1 or more clove garlic
2 thin sliced russet potatoes
Kale
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, onion and garlic. Add chicken stock and bring to boil and add potatoes - continue cooking until soft.

Add chopped kale just before serving. Allow to wilt.

Salt and pepper to taste.

This recipe is from my BFF, Corey McPeek. I'm surprised she didn't add chocolate chips to the recipe, since she adds them to everything else!
