1/2 lb margarine
2tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar

Icing

1/2 box 10x sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp. water

dip cool cookies into icing

Drop on greased sheet
bake 375*
