3 lbs - Chuck Steak
2 lbs - Onions (sliced in ringlets)
1/2 cup - Red Wine vinegar
3/4 cup - White wine
1/2 cup - Olive oil
2 tablespoons - Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon - Salt
1/2 teaspoon - Black Pepper
3/4 teaspoons - Italian Seasonings mix (oregano, parsley, basil)
28 oz can - Crushed tomatoes
1 can Black olives - pitted & sliced
1 small jar - Green olives with pimiento - sliced
1 lb - Spaghetti

Place the Chuck steak in a baking dish...sprinkle it with garlic powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasonings. Put the sliced onions over the steak - add wine vinegar, white wine, and olive oil.

Cover with foil and bake in a low oven 275° for at least three hours or until the steak is very soft and just breaks apart.

Remove from oven and add the crushed tomatoes, black and green olives, cover with foil and continue to bake for another hour.

During the last hour, while the steak cooks, bring a pot of water to a boil for the spaghetti.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package. Just before the spaghetti is done take the meat from the baking dish and place it on a platter.
Add the spaghetti to the sauce in the bake dish, mix and enjoy your dinner.
