1 lb. Hot or sweet sausage
1 lb. Sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups bisquick
¾ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Remove casing on sausage. Cook in a large skillet breaking up as it cooks. Drain and put in bowl to cool. Add cheese, bisquick, and water. Mix until blended. Roll into 1 inch balls.

Bake at 400ºF on lightly greased cookie sheet for 12 minutes.

Freeze and place in plastic bags.

To reheat bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.
