1 cup margarine
2 cups peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
4 1/2 cups confectionary sugar

1 12-oz package chocolate chips
1/2 block paraffin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients and form into 1" balls. Place in refrigerator to cool.

Melt the chocolate and paraffin in a double boiler.

Dip balls into chocolate and place on wax paper to cool.

It wouldn't be Christmas with "Nanny Candy"! We always had this candy and peanut butter fudge, generally stored in round butter cookie tins. Good idea to keep these in the refrigerator -- not only because they'll melt, but if they're out where people can see them, they'll disappear fast!
