Ingredients:
Ingredients:
One package each--Wheat Chex, Cheerios, Rice Chex, Corn Chex
One package each---round pretzels, pretzels sticks
Two pounds mixed nuts (I sometimes use three pounds)

2 cups Canola Oil
1 or 2 tbs. Garlic Salt (It tastes fine with just one tbs garlic salt)
1 tbs. Seasoned Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together Canola Oil, Garlic Salt and Seasoned Salt

Place layers of cereals, nuts and pretzels in a large pot. After each layer is placed in the pot, mix in a portion of the oil mixture. Alternate dry and oil mixtures until well mixed.

Baked uncovered in a 250º oven for three hours. Stir the mixture every half hour.

Cook's Tip---I use two canners and pour mix into empty canner every half hour to ensure even baking. Any large pots would work for this.

Store in a cool place.

Personal Notes:
This was one of my Mother's (Ona Brosius) signature recipes. I have lessened the amount of salt over the years, but otherwise this is the recipe she passed on to me. Some years I find myself making three batches--That is a lot of Pary Mix.
