1 cup butter
1/2 cup powder sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, powder sugar and vanilla. Sift and add flour and salt. Add nuts. Roll into balls. Bake at 400 º 10 - 12 minutes. Roll in powder sugar as soon as removed from the oven and again when completely cooled. If freezing wait until thawed before rolling in powder sugar the second time.
