1 cup broken uncooked spaghetti
11/2 to 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
1 cup chicken broth
11/2 cups grated sharp Cheddar Cheese, (reserve 1/2 cup)
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 green bell pepper, diced*
1 small jar pimento, chopped
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup of the grated cheese for topping. (There is no need to precook spaghetti.) Put in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake at 450º for 35 minutes. Top with reserved cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
*I like using 2 Tbs. dehydrated bell peppers.
