1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3 Tbs. sesame seed oil
4 garlic cloves
2 Whole chickens (3lbs each)
1 Tbs. butter
1 bunch green onions
Cornstarch & water

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl mix first 4 ingredients. Divide in half and refrigerate half. Clean and half chickens. Place halves in 2 plastic bags and pour 1/4 of marinade (1/2 of sauce left out of frig) into each bag with chicken. Marinate for 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 450°. Remove halves from bags and discard marinade. Place chicken, skin side up in a foil lined pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until reaches 180 degrees.
Brush with reserved marinade during cooking. Remove from oven and pour off marinade into a sauce pan with butter. Mix together cornstarch and water and thicken sauce.
Pour sauce over chicken to serve.
