1 c butter or margarine
3 oz cream cheese
1 c sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tbsp. orange juice
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 190ºC (375ºF) (moderate). Combine butter and cream cheese. Beat well. Add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy. Beat in egg, orange peel and juice. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture, blending well. Press mixture through a fine cookie press onto a greased cookie sheet. Mark at 2" intervals. Bake for 8 to 10 min. Remove from oven and immediately cut into pieces indicated by knife marks. Remove from pan and cool on racks.
