2 lb. Beef slices (1/4"x2")
1 Tbs. ketsup
1/2 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 sliced onion
1 small can drained mushroom
1 clove pressed garlic
¼ c. dry sherry (optional)
2 c. beef stock
2 Tbs. butter*
2 Tbs. flour*
8 oz. sour cream*
wide noodles*

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper meat and place in ovenproof dish with a lid. Mix together remaining ingredients except last 4*. Cover and bake at 200° for 5 hours until beef is tender. Prepare noodles according to package and set aside. Add flour and butter into pan and cook mixture for a few minutes (don't brown). Remove from heat and add sour cream, mix well. Pour into beef mixture, mixing well. Serve over noodles.
