16 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. bleu cheese
1 small onion (size of a walnut), minced

chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Have cheese room temperature. Combine all cheeses and onion. Put in refrigerator for a new minutes; then shape into ball and roll in pecans.
