1 small package Pepperidge Farms Stuffing Mix
3 cups cooked yellow squash, mashed
1 carrot, grated
1 small onion, chopped
1 8-oz. carton sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Line the bottom of a 9x5" casserole dish with the stuffing mix. (Reserve enough stuffing mix to butter and crumble on top.) Mix together other ingredients and put over the stuffing mix.

Cook at 325º for 30 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.
