1 package dry beans(red or white or lima)
2 cups ham (you can boil a ham bone and tear the meat off)
onion
garlic
1 bay leaf
celery

Directions:
Directions:
1. To cook beans: cover with water and bring to a boil. Boil for an hour; then let sit for 3 hours. Add other ingredients and cook until tender.
2. Serve with cornbread!
