3 turkey legs
1 onion
1 teaspoon jarred garlic
enough water to cover the turkey legs

1 jar of Mole sauce
2 packages of grated cheese
chopped onions
1 package corn or flour tortillas
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put turkey legs, onion and garlic into pan and cover with water. Bring to boil and cook until meat is tender.
2. Take the legs out of the broth and tear the meat off. Mix broth with Mole Sauce and bring to boil. Remove from heat.
3. To assemble: dip tortillas into Mole sauce, then fill with turkey, cheese and onions. Roll them and place them in a cake pan. Sprinkle more cheese on the top and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
4. Serve with sour cream.
