Crust:
1/2 c Butter
2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c Brown sugar

Filling:
2-14 oz cans of Sliced peaches, drained, reserve juice
Reserved juice + water to make 2 cups
1/4 c sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c sugar
2 envelopes whip cream

Directions:

Crust:
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in bread crumbs and sugar. Reserve 1/2 c and press remaining crumbs into untreated 9 x 13 pan.

Filling:
Combine peaches, juice and water, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Heat and stir until it boils and thickens. Cool.
Beat cream cheese with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat cream until stiff. Fold into cheese mixture. Spread 1/2 onto prepared crust. Spoon thickened peaches over top. Spoon second 1/2 cheese mixture over as best you can. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill.
Cut into 15 pieces.
